RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. John Spencer Ellis invites men and women of all ages to enjoy a 5-day Adventure Boot Camp Fitness Cruise to the Mexican Riviera porting April 28, 2008. Ellis welcomes anyone who has completed a fitness program from around the world, as well as those experiencing the boot camp for the first time.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Ellis, learn from him, and enjoy all of the fitness benefits he has to offer. The boot camp classes will be personally taught by celebrity trainer Ellis and select Adventure Boot Camp fitness instructors.

"It will be my honor to help you get in the best shape of your life, learn about the fitness lifestyle, and attain your goals of optimal wellness," says Ellis.

This 5-day cruise is from April 28 to May 3, 2008 porting at 4 p.m. in San Diego, California. Activities include a meet-and-greet of the hosts, two one-hour workout sessions, tips about 7 Secrets to a New Body in 29 Days or Less and an informational lecture covering environmental wellness.

The cruise will be held on the Carnival Elation cruise ship, which is the first ship that is equipped with azipods (high-efficiency propellers) to enhance its maneuverability, making every day at sea smooth and vibration-free.

The cruise offers three different room selections to choose from, all with differing prices, with full payment due at the time of reservation. The rooms include an inside cabin, an ocean view, or a suite offering single, double, triple, and quad rates.
