Quantum Health Appoints Stark as Executive Vice President of Sales

e. While with Aon, Jim designed and implemented segmentation strategies, strategic direction, and practice standards, and served on the U.S. and Global Operating Committee of Aon's $1.2 billion consulting company.

Stark is a past president and member of the World Trade Club of San Francisco and was a board member of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers. Mr. Stark is a former U.S. Army Infantry Officer with service in Vietnam and holds a B.A. in Modern European History, a teaching certificate from Benedictine University and has completed course work toward an MBA at the University of Indiana.
