Quantum Health Appoints Stark as Executive Vice President of Sales

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Health, the Columbus, Ohio-based health plan management firm, announced that it has appointed Jim Stark to be Executive Vice President of Sales.  Stark, formerly the National Health and Welfare Practice Director for Aon Consulting, will oversee Quantum Health's national sales operation, including strategic partnerships with major consulting and brokerage firms, various Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, national insurance carriers and third party administrators.

Trott, Quantum Health CEO.  "He is a key expert in the national health plan industry, and his experience both strategically and leading sales will be invaluable to propelling Quantum Health to a higher level in the market."  

Over the past 10 years, Quantum Health has held employers' cost trend to 4.3% without cutting benefits or shifting cost, which is about one-half the national trend for similar groups. Quantum Health has been featured Business Week, Managed Healthcare Executive, Forbes.com and Harvard University's innovator's website.
