Quantix Sponsors Ride for Hope - Coast to Coast
Date:6/18/2013

Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 18, 2013

Tanner Bell, Director of Corporate Growth and Marketing for Quantix, Inc., will participate in “Ride for Hope, Coast to Coast,” a 10-day cycling event across North America to benefit AIDS orphans in sub-Saharan Africa. Quantix, Inc. is co-sponsoring the event and sponsoring Bell on his ride.

“Last year, I made the decision to get back into cycling seriously. Shortly thereafter, a riding friend introduced me to ‘Ride for Hope, Coast to Coast,’ a cross-country charity ride to help fight the HIV and AIDS epidemic that is ravaging the people of Africa,” said Bell. “I was immediately moved and motivated to participate.”

Bell has almost reached his personal goal to raise $10,000 for the ride. As of Monday, June 17, Bell has raised $7,210. You can read Tanner’s personal Ride for Hope profile at http://rideforhopectc.org/riders/tanner-bell.

“Quantix is pleased to be a sponsor of this vital event and proud to personally support Tanner in this meaningful endeavor,” said Jill Reynolds, President of Quantix, Inc.

The ride takes place from June 17 to 26 and will cover nearly 3,300 miles. It begins in Dana Point, CA and concludes in Daytona Beach, FL. The inaugural Ride for Hope – Coast to Coast was held in 2009. The event is raising funds and working toward an AIDS-free world through education, nurturing of children and caring for those who are infected with HIV.
