Qforma Appoints Kent Harris as Senior Vice President of Sales

SANTA FE, N.M., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ --Qforma, an advanced analytics and predictive modeling company, today announced the appointment of Kent Harris as Senior Vice President of Sales, New Business.

"Kent is highly regarded in the pharmaceutical industry and is an ideal addition to Qforma's commercial team," stated Kelly D. Myers, CEO of Qforma. "He brings nearly two decades of industry experience and an impressive record of measurable results. His success in sales operations across therapeutic areas will be a strong asset to our clients."

Harris joined Qforma from Organon Pharmaceuticals (now Schering-Plough), where he was responsible for leading a sales region comprised of 125 representatives and 11 district managers that generated $80 million in annual revenue. In his seven years as a Regional Director at Organon Pharmaceuticals, his teams consistently finished in the top 20 percent of the company.

Harris began his career with the Upjohn Company as a Sales Representative in Longview, Texas. His success in pharmaceutical field sales resulted in a promotion and a transfer to the Upjohn headquarters in Kalamazoo, MI, where he worked as a Senior Market Analyst responsible for field sales force size and structure in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Harris was subsequently promoted to District Sales Manager, where he led a district comprised of 15 specialty representatives promoting over 25 products. He also worked for MEDai, a provider profiling company in Orlando, FL, which serviced national healthcare organizations including payers and providers, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy benefit management and disease management companies.
