Biohack Nutrition founder Jonathan Weisman said, “L-Tyrosine is a potent nootropic that has been shown in one study after another to improve alertness, focus, working memory, and other cognitive functions in stressed conditions. That’s why it’s a key ingredient in our brain supplement Pure Prodigy.”

In another study of 20 US Marines cited by NYU Langone Medical Center, findings suggested that “tyrosine can improve mental alertness during periods of sleep deprivation.”

Weisman said, “The fact is that most of us are stressed on a daily basis. The average person doesn’t get enough sleep, and our lives are so demanding that we can use a supplement like L-Tyrosine to help us focus and improve our brain function. Wh
