Pulmonary Horizons COPD Conference - A Patient Centered Approach to Improve the Patient's Experience with Care, Improve Health Outcomes, Reduce Costs and Readmissions

agnostic Manufacturers and Pharmaceutical Companies will provide a presentations on unique products and programs along with evidence that support: (1) Improved Outcomes and Quality of Life for Patients with COPD, (2) Reduce Costs of Care, (3) Enhance Activities of Daily Living. Presentations will be followed by a hands-on workshop.

Pulmonary Horizons Programs are comprehensive and patient centered; developed by Vernon R Pertelle, MBA, RRT and Robert McCoy, BS, RRT, FAARC to help meet the complex needs of managing patients with COPD. Our goals are to increase knowledge and support the various stakeholders by providing interactive conferences centered on evidence-based practices with a unique focus on the patient's perspective and the various respiratory care medical devices used to augment treatment plans.

We believe that through our efforts, the patient will benefit, the health care system will benefit, and health and financial outcomes will improve.
