Psychemedics Corporation Joins Accenture in Co-Sponsoring Innovative Chief Talent Officer Book
Date:9/12/2007

acki, Chairman and CEO of Psychemedics, is one of the leaders profiled in the book. "We work with HR executives every day of the week on how to reduce risk, including making sure that human assets don't become a liability," he states in the book. "We have a very large number of clients who are consistently addressing employee risk factors and understand how important those decisions are in creating a top-notch workforce and a positive workplace environment."

"Chief Talent Officer is very innovative," said Kubacki. "As HR executives undertake the journey to chief talent officers, the top human resource executive needs to become the chief talent officer and many companies are already in that mode to drive performance. Full implementation of this successful platform, however, is also dependent upon the CEO recognizing the significance of this CTO position and clearly establishing its importance within the whole organization."

The book will be distributed to CEO's and top HR professionals within Accenture's client organizations in the US and internationally. Total distribution will be 20,000.
