Providence Service Corporation to Report Fourth Quarter and Year End 2008 Results on Monday, March 16th Before the Market Opens

TUCSON, Ariz., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that it is scheduled to report financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2008 on Monday, March 16, 2009, before the market opens.

Providence will hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. EDT (9:00 a.m. MDT and 8:00 a.m. Arizona and PDT) the same day, Monday, March 16, 2009, to discuss its financial results and corporate developments.
