Providence Service Corporation to Present at the 2008 UBS Global Healthcare Services Conference on February 11

TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that Fletcher McCusker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present an overview of the company's operations at the UBS Global Healthcare Services Conference on Monday, February 11, 2008 at the Grant Hyatt in New York, NY.

Providence's presentation is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. EST. The presentation will be broadcast live and will be available by webcast at http://investor.provcorp.com by going to Event Calendar. An archive of the webcast will be available until March 14, 2008.
