Project Prevention Brings Controversial Sterilization Program to Honolulu

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Project Prevention brings controversial program that pays drug addicts and/or alcoholics $300 to be sterilized or use long-term birth control to Honolulu March 9, 2010.

After being contacted by many Honolulu residents requesting that she bring her birth control offer to Honolulu, Barbara Harris, a Maui volunteer who is hoping her addicted sister takes the offer, and two of the four children Barbara Harris adopted from an addict will be in the streets of Honolulu March 9th to reach out to Honolulu addicts.
