Prime earns first-ever accreditation for pharmacy benefit management

ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a thought leader in pharmacy benefit management, announced today it has achieved URAC Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) accreditation.

The URAC PBM accreditation program is designed to encourage PBM industry best practices, promote quality improvement and protect and empower consumers. Prime began its participation with URAC's beta testing process in June 2007. Prime is now URAC accredited. "Prime has worked hard for this achievement.
