Prime Medical Apparel Positioned for Launch into Soft Surface Antimicrobial Product Line

Tampa, Florida (PRWEB) September 05, 2014

Prime Medical Apparel (PMA), a new company committed to changing the medical soft surface industry, is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of its new line of antimicrobial soft surfaces medical apparel and products.

Made from an innovative and patented fabric technology to provide a protective barrier repelling bacteria and germs, PMA’s products will be manufactured under the highest standards here in the USA. These products will impact our local communities by reducing the spread of infection-causing bacteria and saving lives while bringing jobs back to America.

“We want to affect the way apparel is seen and used in the healthcare industry by leading efforts in the prevention of HAI’s (Healthcare-associated Infections). By utilizing a unique fabric technology, our initial entry in the market place will have an immediate and cost-effective impact to the industry.” – Bryan Tye, President/CEO, Prime Medical Apparel

Prime Medical Apparel’s applications use an innovative fabric technology that creates true antimicrobial products that kill 99.9% of germs and bacteria by utilizing the sanitizing power of EPA registered chlorine bleach when laundered (and is proven 100% effective for up to 75 wash cycles). The use of EPA registered bleach is one of the few ways to alleviate the spread of HAI’s (Healthcare-associated Infections).

“As part of our mission of saving lives through innovation, Prime Medical Apparel will be ‘giving back’ by raising funds and donating apparel through its non-profit program, with a specific goal of distributing life saving medical apparel to under-served parts of the world.” – Wayne Wilson, VP Product Development, Prime Medical Apparel

Prime Medical Apparel, LLC is headquartered in Florida, with manufacturing and production facilities based in the Carolinas.
