Press Ganey Announces Opening of Boston Office
Date:7/6/2009

SOUTH BEND, Ind., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Press Ganey Associates, Inc. today announced it will open an office just outside Boston to house its growing information technology (IT) and PatientFlow teams. The new office, slated to open in mid-August, will employ IT and analytics professionals including software developers, database developers, software quality assurance engineers, and data analysts among others. The Boston-based IT team will be led by Press Ganey vice president and chief information officer Jim Zeoli.

"Press Ganey is experiencing solid growth as hospitals look to us for help in improving quality of care as the industry shows dynamic change," said Richard Siegrist, Press Ganey president and CEO. "As one of the hubs of health care, Boston is a strategic location for expansion due to the abundance of IT talent near several major colleges and universities, as well as health care and financial services companies."

The new office will allow Press Ganey to better serve its clients by providing more capacity for new and innovative products and services. The increase in IT staff will also help the company decrease time to market for new products.
