SOUTH BEND, Ind., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Press Ganey Associates announces the formation of a new strategic consulting group to help further client improvement efforts. The Press Ganey Consulting Group, which consists of experts including former hospital administrators and medical staff, offers a unique perspective on the industry. In addition to their experience, the group is backed by the largest comparative customer feedback databases in the industry enabling them to help health care leaders build high-performing organizations.
