Presagia Launches Web-Based Employee Leave Solution With Automated FMLA Workflow
Date:6/29/2009

MONTREAL, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Presagia, an innovator of web-based software solutions for integrated absence & disability management, today announced the launch of "Presagia AtWork - Leave Management", the latest in Presagia's suite of integrated absence and disability solutions. Recently revised FMLA rules further highlight this technology gap. Many employers simply do not have the resources to update and implement leave management processes and systems to meet these changes. Presagia addresses this, having configured leave management rules in its all-in-one leave solution to provide employers with workflow automation and decision support to manage FMLA in coordination with other types of mandated or voluntarily provided company leave.

Presagia's CEO, David Glickman states, "Our goal has been to develop a system that addresses specific employer pain points like FMLA while keeping in mind the big picture; integrated management of all employee leaves to enhance operational efficiency and to maximize savings of cost and ti
