Premier Vein Institute Launches New Health Campaign via Social Media to Educate Public about Advanced Stages of Venous Disease
Date:8/23/2013

Tampa, FL (PRWEB) August 23, 2013

Premier Vein Institute is announcing the launch of a new campaign to educate the public about the advanced stages of venous disease. The Tampa, FL-based vein clinic encourages the public to learn more about the consequences of leaving vein disease untreated, including the increase in risk for ulceration and blood clots.

Dr. Obinna Nwobi, a leading vein doctor at Premier Vein Institute, encourages the public to consider the consequences of advanced stage venous disease. “Long-term impairments in blood flow can prevent adequate oxygen and nutrients from reaching the skin on the ankles and leg, leading to skin changes and ulceration.” Dr. Nwobi recommends pursuing vein treatment early on to address the problem before complications arise.

Premier Vein Institute is utilizing social media to help spread information on this important topic. The center will provide information through Facebook and Twitter throughout the month of August. Additionally, the center is publishing an informative article providing more detail on the costs associated with advanced stage venous disease.
