PreCheck and HRsoft Partner to Offer Integrated Background Screening and Applicant Tracking for Healthcare Employers

Houston, Texas and Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) July 14, 2013

Healthcare-exclusive background screening firm PreCheck and talent management software leader HRsoft announce today a new strategic partnership to streamline the recruiting and hiring process for healthcare employers. Hospitals and other healthcare employers will now have an automated recruiting software solution fully integrated with their employee background screening services as a result of a new partnership between PreCheck and HRsoft.

"Human Resources managers and hospitals are always seeking ways to streamline their processes," said Zach Daigle, President and Chief Operating Officer at PreCheck. "This partnership gives employers an integrated way to post open positions on their career site, take online job applications and automatically order their PreCheck background screening reports. Also, employers have access to a full range of reports and analytics regarding the recruiting and hiring process."

PreCheck is the national leader in providing essential human resource services for hospitals and healthcare employers. The company supplies background screening, exclusion and sanction screening, ongoing healthcare license monitoring, drug testing, employment verification solutions and other services.

"The HRsoft Applicant Tracking System has been integrated with PreCheck to make ordering background reports easy for recruiters and a seamless part of the overall workflow," added David Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer at HRsoft. "We are excited to partner with PreCheck and continue to add value for healthcare employers. This offering gives a complete solution for employers to attract, screen and hire candidates."

The Applicant Tracking System is a cloud-based system that creates and stores job descriptions, initiates and tracks the approval of requisitions, manages the full workflow associated with recruiting and allows recruiters to easily communicate with candidates and hiring managers. As part of the solution, HRsoft creates and hosts the online career site for employers where candidates identify and apply for available positions via the Internet.

As part of the agreement, the companies will continue to leverage their respective expertise to provide integrated, value-added solutions to clients. "HR managers in hospitals are extremely busy and must deal with a host of regulatory issues," Zach Daigle noted. "This solution helps save time through automation and gives the added benefit of assisting with compliance issues."

"We've known the dedicated managers of PreCheck for a long time and are very excited about this new partnership," added Ezra Schneier, Corporate Development Officer at HRsoft. "Attracting, hiring and retaining the right people are critical in healthcare. The integration of our solutions with PreCheck's will be immensely helpful to our healthcare clients."
