PracticeMatch Announces Departure From Physician Recruiting

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ --

After three years, PracticeMatch is closing its recruitment division in an effort to better support clients' in-house recruitment programs by offering only core sourcing and data services. Effective August 1, 2009, all open searches held by PracticeMatch's former recruiting division, Integro, will be acquired by Integro Healthcare, LLC - an unaffiliated company formed by the former management team of the Integro recruiting division.

"Our decision to step out of the recruitment arena was based on our ongoing efforts to serve the needs of our customers," said Charlie Holland, President of PracticeMatch. "We chose to focus on what we do best - providing data to our in-house recruiter client base."

PracticeMatch's line of sourcing and data services includes the two most widely-used physician databases with both graduating and practicing physician profiles, candidate tracking, a physician career center, and ancillary marketing services, including customized sourcing campaigns and direct marketing of physician opportunities.
