Practice-Reps Brings Sales and Marketing to the Business of Medical Practice Management
Date:6/1/2009

YARDLEY, Pa., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Practice-Reps, LLC (http://www.practice-reps.com) brings its unique sales and marketing approach to specialty medical practices along the East Coast. The company was formed by Michael Ranson and Al Romanelli, a 16-year veteran of the practice marketing industry, to meet the needs of independent specialty practices that require experienced marketing support on a part-time basis.

Specialty practices are recognizing the value of Practice-Reps' personal approach to selling and marketing their services to the primary care community. The company assigns a local, dedicated representative to each practice who works with Practice-Reps' in-house design team to produce customized marketing materials that are then distributed when the rep visits the client's referral network.

"It's this personal representation in the referral community that sets us apart from traditional marketing firms," explained Michael Ranson, Practice-Reps' founder.

In addition to personal representation, the company offers a full range of marketing services, including brochure and flyer creation, website design and management, and patient education materials customized to each practice.

Practices that institute a rep-based marketing program can experience a 20-48% increase in referrals over the previous year, according to a March 2004 issue of Imaging Economics. "This is still an emerging trend in medical practice management, but Practice-Reps has the unique set of skills and experience required to make an impact for our clients," said Ranson. "We bring a proven track record of return on investment to the practices we serve."

Ranson's experience in medical sales and marketing management, along with Romanelli's extensive hands-on experience as a practice representative, enable them to hire, train, men
