Power Plate(R) Opens Cutting-Edge Studio in L.A.
Date:6/18/2009

"We modeled the new L.A. Power Plate(R) studio after the widely popular studios in Europe," said Patty Stapleton, vice president, marketing for PPNA. "The Southern California region sets the health, fitness and wellness trends for the country and the studio is a major focus of our launch."

"Power Plate(R) - The Experience" opens on June 23rd for three months in the Brentwood Town Center at 13050 San Vicente Blvd. For more information regarding Power Plate(R) products and accessories, please visit www.powerplate.com.

Power Plate(R) is the global leader in Acceleration Training(TM) products designed for health clubs, home users, wellness centers, spas, hospitals, physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics, professional and collegiate athletic training facilities, and private fitness trainers. Power Plate(R) machines utilize Advanced Vibration Technology(TM) and feature a central platform that vibrates 30-50 times per second creating the equivalent muscle contractions per second. With proper technique, noticeable results are yielded in as little as three 30-minute sessions per week. Benefits include: increased flexibility, strength, bone density and range of motion; decreased joint and muscle pain and improved blood circulation and lymphatic return. Aesthetic benefits include: enhanced skin tone through increased collagen production, cellulite reduction and greater production of regenerative hormones to help maintain a more youthful appearance.
