Post PAINWeek National Conference, PAINWeekEnd Regional Meetings Return: Providence, RI, Hosts CE/CME Pain Management Conference October 7
Date:9/19/2017

The PAINWeekEnd (PWE) Regional Conference series resumes this fall following the success of the annual PAINWeek National Conference. On October 7, at the Hilton Providence, 21 Atwells Avenue, in Rhode Island, the full-day meeting will be an educational and exciting program providing busy clinicians and allied healthcare practitioners with 6.0 hours of relevant, practical instruction in the management of chronic pain.

Attendees of a recent PAINWeekEnd conference said of Dr. Doug Gourlay and his presentation Trainwreck: Addressing Complex Pharmacotherapy With the Inherited Pain Patient, “Very valuable points were made. Well organized.” “Great speaker, entertaining and good clinical anecdotes and pearls.” “This was my favorite session; I found Dr Gourlay to be an engaging and effective speaker with obvious depth of knowledge.” Don’t miss the chance to hear Dr. Gourlay at PWE Providence. He will be presenting Trainwreck and his other course Cannabis vs Cannabinoids: The Politics of Medical Marijuana. Other courses include (and are subject to change) Chronic Pain Assessment; Evidence Based Approaches to Chronic Pain Management: Time to Reconsider the Benefit of Technophilism?; When Acute Pain Becomes Chronic; and The MEDD Myth: Practice and Research Implications.

Commercially supported activities—addressing a range of product, disease state, and medical information topics—will also be presented.

Register at PAINWeekEnd (or go to painweek.org/painweekend/attendees/locations-and-dates.html). The registration fee for this PAINWeekEnd Conference is $129.
