Portable Medication Security Company, SafetoteRx LLC, Launches New Storage and Travel Bag
Date:6/23/2013

Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) June 23, 2013

SafetoteRx LLC, a portable medication security company located in Greensboro, NC, has launched a new lockable prescription medication storage & travel bag. The product is a convenient and discreet way to carry and store prescription medication.

The product was designed by a lupus and chronic pain sufferer who saw the need for patients to have an organized way to carry their medications when visiting doctors, specialists and clinics.

In recent years there has also been an increased focus on protecting children and pets from unauthorized access to these potentially toxic medications. SafetoteRx has addressed this issue with it’s new product Safetote that will hold up to 8 prescription bottles and comes with a lock and key for safety and privacy. SafetoteRx intends to partner with pharmacies, clinics, home health care as well as long term care providers in addressing medication safety and privacy concerns.

In addition there is a need for travelers to have a convenient and secure way to carry their medications on airplanes, trains and ships. Many passengers currently transport their medications in an unsafe and unorganized manner. SafetoteRx offers an attractive alternative to using zip locks, plastic bags and containers that are not secure. SafetoteRx offers a Travel Sentry lock that can be universally accessed by TSA agents if needed which can prevent delays and hassle for travelers at airports and ship ports.
