Play by Steve Nash, Assisted by Milk

PHOENIX, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Two-time NBA MVP, Steve Nash, is a power-house on the court. As the Phoenix Suns' star point guard, Nash knows that the nutrients in milk help keep him on top of his game. Steve Nash is the latest celebrity to join the Body By Milk campaign, created to encourage teens to be active and drink 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk everyday to stay healthy, lean and strong. Other athletes sporting the iconic 'stache in the campaign include Vince Carter, David Beckham and Sasha Cohen.

The ad copy reads "Off the court, milk provides the perfect assist. Its protein helps build muscle and some studies suggest teens who choose milk over sugary drinks tend to be leaner. Staying active, eating right and drinking 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk a day helps you look great and stay in shape. Score three for milk."

The ad hits newsstands in Sports Illustrated on December 5, 2007.
