Pionetics Celebrates Drinking Water Week By Dispensing Real Water Conservation Advice

As many people noticed on Earth Day a few weeks ago, the Internet was inundated with ideas and ways to conserve water. Some of the ideas found online included, “When cleaning out fish tanks, give the nutrient-rich water to your plants,” and, “When you have ice left in your cup from a take-out restaurant, don't throw it in the trash, dump it on a plant,” or this idea, “Bathe your young children together.” Of the dozens of lists perused from such sources as Water, Use It Wisely to the EPA water conservation webpages, absolutely none mentioned how much water was wasted by reverse osmosis (RO) systems. None.
