Piedmont Crossing Retirement Community Announces New Administrator

Piedmont Crossing recently announced that Priscilla Vint will serve as the Health Care Administrator for the Parkway at Piedmont Crossing, the skilled nursing area of the continuing care retirement community.

Vint holds a Masters of Business degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Throughout the 1980's, Vint worked as a Hospital Administrator at hospitals in California, North Carolina and Texas. In 1991, Vint successfully completed the Administrator in Training program for long-term care settings thus earning her Nursing Home Administrator license. Vint was employed with Lutheran Services for the Aging as a Nursing Home Administrator at Trinity Place in Albemarle, NC for more than 20 years.

"Priscilla is a welcome addition to Piedmont Crossing. She will play an instrumental role in the process of developing and implementing plans that support the cultural change taking place in this area of the building. I'm excited to work alongside Priscilla to provide leadership and direction to our team. Her management experience and background in long-term care will serve her well in this capacity as she oversees the daily operations of the health center, " stated Doug Russell, Executive Director Piedmont Crossing.
