Trigger Points Provide Pain Relief Alternative To Prescription and

Over-The-Counter Medications

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- One in ten Americans report suffering regularly from various physical aches, pains and debilitating arthritis. Most often, pain sufferers reach for relief in a pill without considering the source of the pain, and how to treat it safely, effectively and more holistically. In an effort to educate consumers about pain relieving alternatives, a new company, Niavin Corporation, is launching a series of national television advertisements featuring Niavin Trigger Point Relief and offering a new way to understand and treat pain at its source: The Trigger Point.

Company founder, Dr. Francois Martin, explains the benefits of Niavin Trigger Point Relief over current treatments: "Niavin is applied directly at the trigger points -- relaxing and deactivating the points where pain radiates throughout the body. Most topical pain relievers are applied incorrectly and exclusively to where the pain is felt. This limited application method offers short-term pain relief, often only masking pain with a counter-irritant, heating or cooling effect -- essentially a distraction from the pain, without addressing the root cause."

In addition, Dr. Martin explains that, "Unlike pills, Niavin is absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the skin, lymphatic system and targeted cells. Bypassing the stomach, liver and digestive system is advantageous towards eliminating the risk of common side effects such as irritated stomach lining, upset stomach, bleeding, allergies, addiction and dependence."

Niavin is a clinically proven, topical pain medication derived from a proprietary blend of absorption enhancing essential oils and aromath
