New 25% Pink Savings Cards Give Tanger Shoppers the Chance to Help Make a

Difference & Join the Fight While Saving Money on Their Purchases

GREENSBORO, N.C., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- This fall, Pink is the color of savings and hope at Tanger Outlet Centers. Tanger is celebrating its 14th anniversary in the battle against Breast Cancer September 20 -- October 20, 2007. Shoppers can join Tanger in its effort to save lives by purchasing a new 25% Pink Savings Card. For a $1 donation each, Tanger shoppers will receive a special Pink Card that will give them a 25% discount at participating outlet stores at Tanger nationwide. The Pink Cards will be available at all Tanger Customer Service Centers and online at Proceeds from sale of the 25% Pink Savings Cards will benefit the American Cancer Society and more than a dozen other local breast cancer organizations in Tanger markets across the country.

Tanger shoppers will also be able to fight breast cancer each time they purchase a Tanger Shop For a Cure gift card during the 2007 Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. Tanger will donate 10% of the value of all gift cards purchased September 20 -- October 20, 2007, to fight breast cancer. Tanger Gift Cards are redeemable at all Tanger Outlet Center stores across America.

Tanger has a history of making a difference in the communities it serves across the country. Since 1994, Tanger Outlet Centers has contributed in excess of $4.5 million to help create awareness for the importance of early detection, to support educational programs to improve the quality of life for patients and families and most importantly to help fund research necessary to find a prevention and cure for breast cancer. Money raised by Tanger's 2007 Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign is donated to local breast cancer beneficiaries through the Stanley K. Tanger Breast Cancer Fund.
