Perrigo Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

ALLEGAN, Mich., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO; TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, payable on March 17, 2009 to shareholders of record on February 27, 2009.
