Perrigo Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

ALLEGAN, Mich., May 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO; TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 20, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 25, 2008.
