Perrigo Company Announces Dividend Increase

ALLEGAN, Mich., Oct 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO; TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on December 18, 2007 to shareholders of record on November 23, 2007. The new quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share represents an eleven percent increase over $0.045 per share paid in the last four quarters.
