Pennsylvania Attorney General Approves Vincentian Collaborative System-Marian Manor Integration

Vincentian Collaborative System (VCS) is the parent corporation for several subsidiaries which include three long term care facilities (Vincentian Home, Vincentian Regency, Vincentian de Marillac), Vincentian Rehabilitation Services, Vincentian Child Development Center, and the Vincentian Charitable Foundation. VCS also manages Mount Macrina Manor in Uniontown.

The sponsors, the boards of trustees and the administration of the two organizations look forward with enthusiasm to this new relationship which will enhance the care of those persons with long term health needs as well as the needs of families with young children who participate in the child development centers provided in both organizations.
