Pederson Immigration Law Group Attorneys Featured in 14th Annual J-1/H-1B Foreign Physician Immigration Conference and Job Fair Series

Jan Pederson, the nation's foremost foreign physician immigration expert and senior partner at the Pederson Immigration Law Group, P.C. is slated to be keynote speaker at this year's J-1/H-1B Foreign Physician Immigration Conference and Job Fair Series.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 14, 2009 - The Pederson Immigration Law Group, P.C., (PILG) announced that Jan Pederson, the nation's foremost foreign physician immigration expert and senior partner at the firm, will serve as keynote speaker at this year's J-1/H-1B Foreign Physician Immigration Conference and Job Fair Series.

The annual series provides a unique comprehensive educational opportunity for foreign physicians undertaking graduate medical training in the U.S. and residency program directors and coordinators who manage medical training programs at teaching institutions throughout the country to learn about the complex physician immigration process.

This year's events will take place in New York on August 8, Chicago on September 19, and Baltimore on October 24. Each conference will present seminars on topics such as finding and keeping a J-1waiver job, avoiding the H-1B cap and navigating J-1 waiver and permanent residence options. The series will also include job fairs hosted by employment recruiters to facilitate job opportunities for medical Residents and Fellows after completion of their training.

The annual conference and job fair series is co-sponsored by PILG, the American College of International Physicians and the National Consortium of Immigration Law Firms or IMMLAW.
