Patient Prompt® has completely automated text/SMS messaging by eliminating the need for practices to filter mobile numbers from their database. In addition, Patient Prompt® integrates seamlessly with a practice's existing EHR scheduler providing confirmations for its two-way text messaging in real-time, updating the scheduling system every three to five minutes. This allows practices to have the most up to date patient scheduling information and identify gaps in their schedule for their providers.
Patient Prompt® has also simplified the way patients can respond to text/SMS appointment reminders by simply typing in the word “yes” or “no”. Patient Prompt® text/SMS reminders are also able to provide patients a direct link to the practice’s patient portal for additional comments.
