SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Partners Rx Management, LLC (PRx) is pleased to announce that Mr. Richard Bullard, PRx Chief Pharmacy Officer, has been invited to participate in a Panel Discussion on Formulary Design and Development -- The Process at the Fall 2007 Managed Markets Summit (MMS) presented by Pinsonault Associates, LLC. MMS takes place September 25 - 27, 2007 at the Point Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Hotel -- Phoenix, Arizona.

The panel discussion will cover the use of Pharmacoeconomic Data, the role of AMCP Dossiers in the evaluation process and the consideration of other external and financial factors that impact decisions. Also being discussed by the panel are decision making strategies, adoption and communication strategies, and strategies to cope with emotional influences.

Mr. Bullard is responsible for the clinical oversight of PRx's pharmacy benefit management programs. He leads the development of clinical programs to improve member health through an integrated approach to health care. Mr. Bullard ensures that PRx's clinical programs capitalize on innovations in medicine, pharmacy and information technology. Mr. Bullard has over 30 years of health care industry experience.
