Bailey has authored peer-reviewed articles in leading science journals, as well as having written for national trade magazines. Dr Bailey received her PhD in Cell Biology from Cambridge University. Her doctoral research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Sheila Bingham at the Dunn Human Nutrition Unit, Cambridge.
