Paramount Acquisition Corp. Announces Chem Rx Expansion into Albany, New York Market

THE PRELIMINARY PROXY STATEMENT AND, WHEN AVAILABLE, PARAMOUNT'S DEFINITIVE PROXY STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOLICITATION OF PROXIES FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING BECAUSE THESE PROXY STATEMENTS WILL CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
