Pangea3 becomes first legal outsourcing company to provide high-volume pro bono legal services to a charitable organization

NEW YORK, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Pangea3 LLC, the global leader in legal outsourcing to corporate in-house counsel and law firms, announced today that it will donate legal support services to Susan G. Komen for the Cure(R), the world's largest breast cancer organization.

Pangea3 pledged to donate comprehensive contract management services to Komen's legal team. This donation will allow Susan G. Komen to achieve optimal use of its contract management platform by ensuring that its legal department's legacy vendor agreements, sponsorship agreements and third-party agreements are accurately abstracted and archived into its contract management database, which was donated to Komen by Selectica.

"Pangea3's contract management donation will allow us to quickly incorporate our contract management platform into our department, without deploying resources to review and abstract our legacy agreements," said Jonathan Blum, Associate General Counsel for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

"We are delighted to aid Susan G. Komen's legal department with their contract management needs," said David Perla, Pangea3's Co-CEO. "Pangea3 is committed to helping the community and we are honored to support an organization at the forefront in the fight to cure breast cancer."

Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the leading organization in the fight to cure breast cancer. Founded in 1982, it is now the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer worldwide.
