Pacific Shaving Company Launches New Premium Shaving Care Line for Women

After a decade of improving the shaving experience for men, San Francisco-based Pacific Shaving Company announced today the launch of its premium shaving care line for women.

"The men have enjoyed the spotlight long enough," said CC Sofronas, the company's co-founder and lead product developer of its women's shaving line. "Until now, women have been living in a man's shaving world. Our new line of shaving products addresses the concerns of the other half of the shaving universe: bumpy knees and ankles, tough-to-reach bikini areas, dry, irritated skin, and ingrown hair."

The result is a trio of safe and natural shaving products specifically formulated to provide a smooth, nick-free shave anywhere on a woman’s body.

According to a 2012 survey of female shavers, 93% of women are dissatisfied with the shaving products currently available to them. 71% of those surveyed are looking for shaving products with safe and natural ingredients while 44% also want a more eco-friendly alternative, presumably interested in diminishing the vast waste created by traditional bulky cans of shaving cream.

"Our goal was simply to develop products so astonishingly good that other products would blush with embarrassment after representing half the shaving world so poorly -- and for so long," said Ms. Sofronas.

Each component of Pacific Shaving's women's line is made with a unique formula of safe and effective ingredients designed to leave a woman’s skin healthy, smooth and hydrated all day. Each product is a TSA-friendly 3 oz.
