PROPER ATTIRE(R) & Keith Haring Foundation Take Action This World Aids Day to Prevent and Protect in a Hip and Innovative Way
Date:11/19/2009

NEW YORK, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- PROPER ATTIRE® condoms and the Keith Haring Foundation will commemorate World AIDS Day with one of the most influential and socially responsible collaborations.

Honoring World AIDS Day, Keith Haring for PROPER ATTIRE® condoms will premiere December 1, 2009, at the exclusive Mondrian in South Beach, throughout Art Basel and at the Mondrian in Los Angeles, in the new Kiki Di Montparnasse store. The line will also be available for purchase online at www.ProperAttireCondoms.com and www.haring.com. Proceeds from the sales of PROPER ATTIRE® condoms benefit Planned Parenthood®.

"This is our second partnership with Proper Attire and, given our historical focus on supporting great design, and the creators of that design, we're thrilled to support the activism that is so vital to this cause," said Scott Williams, Chief Marketing Officer for Morgans Hotel Group.

Keith Haring is world renowned as one of the most prominent New York pop and street artists of the 1980s. Equally recognized for his activism, which included efforts to bring greater awareness of AIDS to the public, Haring would be proud to know that his work is now being showcased to provide a safer-sex message with a smart platform that partners his work with Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and PROPER ATTIRE® condoms. Together, they have created a limited-edition condom that now makes it creative and chic to use protection.

PROPER ATTIRE® condoms re-creates the humanitarian message with distinct Haring imagery by incorporating his classic image of two figures holding up a heart into its packaging. His graphically expressive drawings connote life, and the love of life. As Haring confronted an epidemic
