PMSI Appoints Lori Daugherty as President of Pharmacy Division

Industry Thought Leader Joins PMSI

Tampa, Fla. (Vocus) August 17, 2009 -- PMSI, one of the nation's largest providers of specialty products and services for the workers' compensation market, today announced that Lori Daugherty has joined PMSI as President of its Pharmacy division.

As division President, Daugherty will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the business, working collaboratively with the sales and account management teams to expand PMSI's customer base, and enhancing the operational infrastructure in order to achieve the short- and long-term goals of PMSI's Pharmacy business. Upon her appointment, Daugherty commented, "PMSI's well-established history as a leading provider for pharmacy benefits management services attracted me to this opportunity. Daugherty is a proven industry leader who brings a history of senior level operating experience to PMSI. Most recently, she served as President and CEO for Avizent, a national provider of workers' compensation claims management and alternate risk programs for self-insured employers. Her professional history also includes previously working for PMSI as Vice President of Planning and Auditing and Vice President of Operations and serving as President and CEO for One Call Comprehensive Care, Inc., a nationwide provider of pharmacy and home health care services.
