PJ Johnson Joins StatCom as Enterprise VP, Southeast Region

In her role as enterprise VP, Johnson partners with client hospital executives to ensure the success of their transformation project. Assisting her are executive advisors and transformation engineers who collaborate with existing hospital resources to drive the process transformation methodology. An implementation team maps the future state process flows and key performance indicators (KPI’s) into the technology and completes all necessary interfaces to integrate the Hospital Operating System solution into the hospital’s IT platform. Dashboards deliver real-time operational performance information to executives and operational managers. The outcome is breakthrough operational performance.
