Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 8, 2010 -- StatCom announces the addition of PJ Johnson RN, MSN, FACHE, a former Trident Health System executive, to the StatCom transformation team as enterprise vice president, Southeast region. Johnson was formerly CEO, Summerville Medical Center, and COO, Trident Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. During her tenure she drove numerous transformation initiatives including those focused on improving hospital throughput, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement. Johnson is a proven healthcare executive with a track record of innovation and effective change.

StatCom's Hospital Operating System™ solution, through process re-engineering and enabling software, helps hospitals transform their operations to deliver efficient patient throughput, reduced ALOS, and improved physician, patient and staff satisfaction. Client results are remarkable, delivering as much as $10.3 million and five times the ROI in the first 12 months of a StatCom strategic partner engagement.

"Healthcare is at a crossroads and the time to be bold is now,” said Johnson, enterprise VP, StatCom. “Hospitals that resolve the fragmentation surrounding hospital throughput delivery achieve substantial improvements in financial performance and stakeholder satisfaction. The StatCom Hospital Operating System combines mindset, methodology, and technology to enable hospitals to achieve a sustainable operational transformation.”
