Oswego Hospital is a 164-bed, Joint Commission-accredited, acute care facility offering a full-spectrum of healthcare services, including emergency, urgent care, surgical, maternity and behavioral health services.

Oswego Hospital is seeking an experienced healthcare executive who will partner with the senior leadership team to evaluate, plan and continuously improve operations across the organization. The COO will ensure the hospital’s commitment to clinical excellence and operational best practices in the delivery of quality care. Additionally, the COO will build collaborative relationships with staff, managers and physicians in providing patient-centered care and services.
