Date:6/10/2013

Melbourne, Australia (PRWEB) June 10, 2013

Gone are the days of torturous diets framed around deprivation, manufactured pills, shakes, and artificial foods. Instead, Ortensia Greco-Conte shares the secrets of a Mediterranean diet that can boost wellbeing and create a sharp mind.

In her new cookbook, Greco-Conte offers a look into the ancient recipes passed down to her through the generations. She attributes her good health and youthful looks to a fresh and organic lifestyle embraced by the native Mediterranean people. Featuring unique meal ideas, The Goodness and Best-Kept Secrets of Mediterranean Food is a fun and healthy way to spice up a diet and enhance daily living.

“My recipes have been passed down in my family for many years and we have found so much goodness in them,” says Greco-Conte. “This is the reason why I want to share the secrets of Mediterranean food with the rest of the world,” she adds.

Packed with delicious recipes Greco-Conte insists the key to success depends on using foods rich in anti-aging antioxidants, carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and minerals. Using her balanced meal plans, recipes and guide to choosing nutritious ingredients, readers can experience the full flavor and health benefits of Mediterranean cooking.
