Oregon-Based First Pacific Corporation Launches New Integrated 3-D Charting Program for Dentists
Date:8/12/2008

SALEM, Ore., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- First Pacific Corporation, one of the Northwest's best kept secrets in dentistry, announced today it has added a new integrated 3-D charting software program. This industry-leading program allows dental offices to achieve a paperless and chartless environment.

"Presenting the patient's oral condition in a 3-D format is a valuable asset for the dentist to provide patient education," said First Pacific Corporation CEO Jack Scott. "We can also store various types of files including documents, letters, prescriptions, sound waves and images for each patient. Treatment can be charted one tooth at a time or by selecting a series of teeth. The smart chart is designed to allow the dental practice to operate in the highly sought after chartless and paperless atmosphere."

"FPC's 3-D charting software program enhances my case presentations to my patients and allows them to move forward with needed dentistry," said Dr. Geoff Mykleby of Wauwatosa, Wis. "My practice has become more efficient with FPC's practice management software and superior support from my local service team. During my first year with FPC, our business practice increased in profitability by more than 20%."

First Pacific Corporation is one of the top dental practice management firms in the country. The Salem, Oregon-based company helps dentists improve cash flow, expedite patient and insurance billings and collections, and it decreases the stresses inherent in growing a successful dental practice. FPC allows dentists to extend credit to their patients by paying for their production weekly. The company also performs the patient and insurance billing duties.

"Our charting program is just the latest in computer hardware and software that we provide our clients," said Scott. "We also provide ongoing personal support, with regular visits from a local, highly experienced account executive, 800 phone line help for immediate assistance, account follow-up, as well as regularly upgraded hardware and software for our dental clients."

Formed in 1961, First Pacific Corporation is a privately held dental practice management company headquartered in Salem, Oregon. The company currently provides critical business services to thousands of dental practices in 27 states. FPC has managed over $4.5 billion in dental office production. First Pacific Corporation allows the dentist and his/her staff to spend more time delivering excellent dentistry instead of being in the banking business.
