Operation Rescue Announces 'Keep It Closed' Campaign

  • Carhart was responsible the botched third-trimester abortion death of 19-year old Christin Gilbert and other late-term abortion complications that required emergency hospitalization.
  • Records on file with the Nebraska Department of Heath indicate that Carhart has falsified entries on patient charts, interrupted abortions due to fatigue or exhaustion, engaged in personal phone conversations in the middle of abortions, and failed to train his staff on infection control protocols.

    • This is the first of two ambitious projects that will be launched by Operation Rescue this month. The second project promises to be the most ambitious endeavor ever embarked upon by Operation Rescue.
