Omnicell Announces Completion of Its Common Stock Repurchase Plan

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicell, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMCL), a leading provider of system solutions to acute healthcare facilities, announced today that it has completed its $40.0 million program to repurchase shares of its Common Stock. A total of 2,133,898 shares were repurchased at an average price of $18.75.
