OmniMD™ Launches Three Cutting-Edge Software Products
Date:4/25/2013

Tarrytown, NY (PRWEB) April 25, 2013

OmniMD™ announced today the introduction of three new products:

  • Its new revenue cycle management software, OmniRCM™, a truly superior solution for medical practices and medical billing companies
  • OmniXchange™, an advanced health care interface engine
  • OmniACO™, OmniMD’s suite of products for accountable care organizations (ACOs)

“OmniRCM has advanced capabilities which improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue cycle management,” said Divan Da’ve, CEO of OmniMD and its parent company, Integrated Systems Management, Inc. “Its unique features allow users to easily identify and implement dramatic improvements in their billing and collections processes. The percentage of claims paid on first submission can increase substantially.”

OmniRCM includes the functionality of a practice management system, from eligibility verification and billing through claims status to payment posting. In addition, its sophisticated RCM features will help medical practices and medical billing companies execute successful denial management, manage claims, reduce total accounts receivable, and expedite turnaround time from submission date to final claims resolution, increasing revenue and efficiency. Its features include electronic claim submission through four major clearinghouses, automated follow-up, and a total workflow process.

OmniXchange provides secure application-to-application messaging for the health care industry, including clinics, hospitals, EMR/EHRs, and labs. “This is the ideal solution for seamless data exchange between practices, hospitals, labs and the whole health care community,” Da’ve said.
Based on InterSystems Ensemble™ and Cache™ databases, OmniXchange supports a wide range of communications standards as well as being an advanced HL7 interface engine. It is designed for ease of use with a dashboard for monitoring and managing message flow, and allows users to add new HL7 interfaces without programming. OmniXchange can integrate with all ambulatory and hospital EHRs, lab information systems, practice management systems, e-prescribing systems and document management.

OmniACO provides the health care information services an accountable care organization needs in a single integrated platform. It includes OmniXchange for secure application-to-application messaging, OmniEHR as a repository system and patient portal, and OmniAnalytics for the tools and technology to support population health management goals.

“OmniACO has all the components an ACO needs for managing data in one platform, built to work together,” Da’ve said. “Integrating among multiple vendors can be expensive, complex and time consuming. With OmniACO the tools to gather and analyze patient health information for care coordination and population health management, and to communicate with patients, are available in one package.”
