OmniComm Systems, Inc. Retains Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd., as its Strategic Financial Advisor

(OTC Bulletin Board: OMCM), a leader in integrated electronic data capture (EDC) solutions for clinical trials announced today that its Board of Directors has retained Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. (EGE) as its strategic financial advisor to assist in evaluating strategic alternatives with a focus on acquisitions that may be available to the Company.
